The indoor pool and relaxing spa treatments were just what I needed after a long day. Only downside was that breakfast could’ve been a bit quicker, but it didn't ruin my experience. 🌟

I spent three nights at the Four Seasons in Amman with my family. The welcome during check-in really stood out. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel at home right away. The Deluxe Room Two Twin was spacious and beautifully decorated. The variety of food at the restaurant was impressive. Breakfast was a highlight with excellent local and international dishes. Fresh fruits, pastries, and the best hummus I had all trip made mornings special. The staff at breakfast were especially attentive and made the experience enjoyable. The 24-hour fitness center impressed me as well. I managed to squeeze in a workout next to the spa. However, we faced a significant issue with housekeeping. On one occasion, we returned to our room after a family outing to find it unserviced despite requests made earlier. It was disappointing. Also, the hotel had some noise disruptions. We could hear passing traffic at night. While the room was nice, the noise affected our sleep. Despite these hiccups, the overall stay had more positives than negatives, but some service aspects need a bit of polishing.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, the convenient indoor swimming pool and the delicious breakfast served till 11 am made my stay enjoyable and easy to start each day.

However, I couldn't shake off the stale scent that greeted me upon entering the room—it really put a damper on my stay. The bathroom feels like it's stuck in a previous decade. an update wouldn't hurt. Also, I found the breakfast buffet lacking in variety compared to what I would expect at this caliber of hotel. it seemed rather minimal. Despite the personnel's efforts, room service was lackluster—ordering a meal meant waiting longer than anticipated, and once it arrived, it didn't meet expectations with some dishes coming out undercooked. Bottom line, I expected more from my stay here.

The food scene around Four Seasons is lit! I got to indulge in some local flavors at nearby gems like Olea and Tsuki, which hit the spot. Plus, the common spaces and pool vibes at the hotel were top-notch, perfect for unwinding after culinary adventures.

Walking into a room reeking of smoke was a real mood killer, and the chicken club sandwich I ordered? Total disaster—undercooked and raw. To top it off, basic toiletries were missing. Not exactly the Four Seasons experience I signed up for.

upgraded suite experience, but minor check-in hiccup

The suite was luxurious with stunning city views that enhanced our stay. The comfort of the bed was remarkable, providing an excellent night's sleep. We enjoyed the exquisite dishes at both the pool area and the French restaurant, especially the attention to detail in flavors. Overall, the ambiance and quality made our time memorable.
